These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services of Systellect, LLC (“Systellect”, “we”, “us”), including VoiceMesh and our other software platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. Businesses using our platforms under a separate agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these Terms.
Use of the Services
- You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
- You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.
- Content, software, and trademarks of the Services belong to Systellect or its licensors.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Some of our Services can send you conversational text messages you request — for example, a confirmation, reference number, or follow-up information after a call with one of our AI assistants or in response to your email. By opting in (verbally during a call, or by requesting a text in an email reply), you agree to the following program terms:
- Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us; these are conversational messages, not recurring campaigns.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@systellect.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-in details and our full messaging practices are described in the SMS Messaging Policy; how we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systellect disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systellect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Services.
