This Privacy Policy describes how Systellect, LLC (“Systellect”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites and our products and services, including VoiceMesh and our other software platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Account information when you register for or use one of our products.
• Communications with us or with our AI-powered assistants. Voice calls handled by our assistants may be recorded and transcribed, including any consent you give during a call.
• Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and technical device information.
• Customer data we process on behalf of the businesses that use our platforms; that data is governed by our agreements with those businesses.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• To respond to your requests — including sending information you ask for by email or text message.
• To maintain safety, security, and compliance, including records of communication consent.
• To meet legal obligations.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Where you have opted in — for example by verbally requesting and confirming a text during a call with one of our assistants, or by replying to an email and asking to receive information by text — we use your phone number to send the conversational message you requested. We do not send marketing or recurring promotional text campaigns from these programs. See our SMS Messaging Policy for details on how opt-in and opt-out work.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting and telecommunications carriers), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal and compliance obligations — including retaining records of messaging consent — and protect it using industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
