SMS Messaging Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026
Systellect, LLC and its products — including VoiceMesh — send conversational, consumer-initiated text messages only: confirmations, reference numbers, and follow-up information a person explicitly asks us to text them. We do not send marketing blasts or recurring promotional campaigns from these programs.
How You Opt In
Consent is collected in one of three ways, always tied to an existing relationship with us:
- Verbally, during a phone call. While speaking with one of our AI voice assistants, you ask to receive information by text. The assistant reads your phone number back to you and asks you to confirm it — for example: “I’ll send a text to 555-867-5309 — is that right?” A message is sent only after you verbally confirm. Calls are recorded, so every consent has an auditable record.
- By email reply. An existing contact replies to an email from our business and requests, or agrees to receive, the information by text message. The email reply is retained as the record of consent.
- By enrollment at signup. For services that send notifications — such as our check-in service, where a family member arranges regular check-in calls for a loved one — the person who will receive the texts provides their own mobile number and agrees to receive these notifications when they enroll. We text only the number the recipient themselves provided, and the enrollment is retained as the record of consent.
In every case, messages go only to a number the recipient themselves provided and consented with — conversational messages related to their request or enrollment, nothing more.
What Messages Look Like
Example:
“Hi Jane, confirming your appointment on Tuesday, July 14 at 2:00 PM. Your reference number is BKG-4821. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Opting Out & Getting Help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately; you will receive one final confirmation of the opt-out and nothing further.

- Message frequency varies with your requests; message and data rates may apply.
Your Data
Phone numbers and opt-in records are used solely to deliver the messages you request. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
